Almost everyone has been to an animal shelter or at least seen the heartbreaking commercials with the animals just sitting in cages. A couple months ago I had to put my dog to sleep, so recently my family and I went to a local shelter and adopted two new puppies of our own. The shelter was well kept and very patient with us while we discussed adopting the two puppies for an hour. For this random act of kindness I donated paper towels, cat toys, dog toys, dog treats, dog collars, and leashes to the same animal shelter. I hope others can find a new furry friend as well as make use of these donations.
