Heartland Community School random acts of kindness week

Have you every thought about how awesome it would be if your school had a full week dedicated to getting together and performing random acts of kindness? Well, the Heartland Community School district in Nebraska knows exactly how awesome it is. The student senate members of Heartland Community Schools planned and executed a random acts of kindness week. Linda, a counselor at their school sent in an email all about it. Some of the random acts included delivering fruit snacks with thank you notes to the staff and faculty members, bringing cupcakes in for others, hanging signs on the bathroom mirrors, and even collecting clothes to give to Goodwill. I would love to see my school and many others do what this inspiring school did. You're doing great things Heartland, keep it up.

Remember if you perform an act of kindness email us your story at sharethekindness22@gmail.com , share it on our Facebook page, or  just tweet about it and add the #kalarkind for it to appear in the right hand column of this blog
